At Art by Dhaaga, all our products are handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and offer refunds in case the product is damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.

The video must show:

The sealed package before opening
-
The entire unboxing process
-
The visible damage clearly

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.
Conditions for Approval

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging must be retained.

Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling will not be eligible for refund.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement (if stock is available), or
-
A refund to your original payment method.
Customised & Made-to-Order Products
Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except in cases of transit damage supported by proper unboxing video proof.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Minor colour variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

Slight handmade variations

Incorrect address provided by customer

Refusal to accept COD orders
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
