Return & Refund Policy

At Art by Dhaaga, all our products are handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.


Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and offer refunds in case the product is damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The entire unboxing process

    • The visible damage clearly

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.


Conditions for Approval

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging must be retained.

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling will not be eligible for refund.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if stock is available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.


Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except in cases of transit damage supported by proper unboxing video proof.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor colour variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Slight handmade variations

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal to accept COD orders


Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
