Delivery Timeline

We deliver orders within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. As each piece is carefully prepared, slight variations in timeline may occur during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or during special promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Customised Orders
As our products are handmade and personalised upon request, customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once confirmed.
We kindly request customers to review all customisation details carefully before placing the order.
